ASC offers comprehensive instruction in Functional
Martial Arts (FMA) and Core Strength Training (CST). We
utilize traditional methods alongside the best of Western
sports science to achieve the best possible results in
our students. American Shaolin, a unique martial art
style that incorporates traditional Chinese martial arts
and contemporary knowledge of human biomechanics provides
the most effective training experience possible. Our core
strength training program utilizes yoga, hard qigong (a
traditional form of isometric body-weight exercise),
banding, weights and ball therapies to maximize fitness
and conditioning for athletes.

West End (St. Louis)!
*NOTE:
ASC is currently seeking persons interested in rigorous
training (a minimum of 4 hours of supervised training per
week) for our formal student training program. If you are
