American Shaolin Martial Arts, 4:30-6 p.m.

ASC meeting at First Unitarian Church of St. Louis (Located at 5007 Waterman Blvd off of Kingshighway)
Thursdays:
Core Strength Training (CST) & Yoga 6-6:45 p.m.
*The First Unitarian group meets in the contemporary chapel located by the church garden.
Fees:
Pay-by-the-class: $5/class
Monthly Pass: $18/month ($4.50/class)
Special Rates:
$1 off for persons who wear a CPB or ASC T-shirt in class
ASC meeting in Chesterfield, MO
Scheduled on a Weekly Basis--Please contact the Chief Instructor if you are interested.
Private Instruction & Group Instruction
ASC head instructor, Jim Eubanks, is available for private and group instruction in the Functional Martial Arts of American Shaolin and Core Strength Training. Please contact him at jim.eubanks@gmail.com or call (864) 525.4564 for detailed information and pricing. Prices are dependent on the requested duration of training, but general pricing is listed below. Training up to the level of instructor in ASC is available through personal instruction.

Private (any skill level): $35/hour (1 hr minimum)
Group (outside of scheduled classes): $15/person/hour (1 hr minimum)
